Who We Are: Our Network and External Partners
Horizon is dedicated to ensuring that our staff, patients, clients and their families understand who we are and what we do within New Brunswick's health care system - including the types of health care services we provide, and how to access them. Horizon also collaborates with many partners outside of our own organization within the province's health care system. We know that the system can be difficult to navigate, and we think it's important that we do our part to raise awareness about our own roles and responsibilities, as well as those of our partners. As part of this work, we have developed this video and the following infographic which outline our main health care services and also identify some of our key external partners.
