What you need to know

Call a health care provider immediately if:

  • you or anyone in your household has recently travelled to an area where there is a confirmed Ebola outbreak, and

  • you are showing some of the symptoms listed below 

 

Symptoms

Symptoms can begin 2 to 21 days after exposure.

Initial symptoms include:

  • sore throat

  • fever

  • chills

  • headache

  • muscle pain and weakness
