you or anyone in your household has recently travelled to an area where there is a confirmed Ebola outbreak, and

you are showing some of the symptoms listed below
Symptoms
Symptoms can begin 2 to 21 days after exposure.
Initial symptoms include:

fever

chills
-
headache
-
muscle pain and weakness
