Participate in one of four public meetings taking place between Feb. 28 and Mar. 20 where Horizon officials will hear ideas directly from patients and their family members. To register, call 1-844-545-4288 and specify which of the following sessions you are registering for:

• Feb. 28, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., 5DS Classroom, Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John
• Mar. 6, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Conference Room 1, Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville
• Mar. 13, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Room G1, The Moncton Hospital, Moncton
• Mar. 20, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Cornish Rooms, Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton

The public meetings represent Horizon's commitment to working with patients, families and staff members to create and sustain an exceptional patient and family centred care environment in all of our facilities.

Horizon's Patient Experience Advisors also play an important role in bringing forward ideas to improve the way we deliver health care services. We are currently seeking volunteers who have had a recent experience in one of our facilities to influence positive change within the organization.
