Horizon Hosting Interactive Telephone Information Session to Discuss Substitute Decisions Makers, Power of Attorney and Patient’s Rights and Responsibilities
November 21, 2016 - Horizon Health Network will be hosting an interactive telephone information session to discuss Substitute Decision Makers, Power of Attorney and patient's Rights, Responsibilities and Expectations. New Brunswickers will be able to listen, ask questions directly and answer polling questions via their telephone in the comfort of their own home.
The information session will be on November 28, 2016 from 7 to 8 p.m. To pre-register, please call 1-844-545-4288 or email PFCC-SAPF@horizonnb.ca .
Horizon hopes to clarify questions about what happens should you become sick, and who can speak and make decisions on your behalf. These are important questions everyone needs to have with their family and loved ones.
Horizon will be assembling a group of experts to answer questions participants may have about planning for their future health care options.
A telephone information session is similar to a call-in radio program where listeners are able to interact with the group and ask their questions directly. Other participants will be able to hear both the question and the answer.
