Patients have options other than the Emergency Department, which may provide more timely access to care. Please visit SoWhyWait.ca to help choose the best option for care: Tele-Care 811, pharmacist, family physician, after-hours clinic, or the emergency department. 

As Emergency Departments across the province remain busy, people experiencing non-urgent symptoms are encouraged to consider one of the alternative options.
