(Riverside-Albert) October 24, 2014 - The Albert County Health and Wellness Centre will be hosting a free public education session on the basics of diabetes on Saturday, November 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hillsborough Baptist Church on Braam Crescent.

The four-hour session will focus on a number of disease-management areas including sharing of new research, motivation and stress management, decreasing sugar consumption and diabetes foot care.  A nutrition break will be provided.
