(Fredericton) November 27, 2014 - Due to a power outage, the Mental Health and Addiction offices at 65 Brunswick Street is closed for the day. For urgent matters or anyone scheduled for an appointment today, please call 452-5558. Anyone requiring emergency services should call 911. Horizon will continue to monitor the situation and update the public accordingly.
