Session offers information on the “ABZZZZs of Sleep”

(SAINT JOHN) April 8, 2013 - The Atlantic Sleep Centre, Saint Joseph's Community Health Centre and Saint John Addictions and Mental Health Services are offering an information session on getting better sleep.

The session will be offered on Thursday, April 18, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Saint John Free Public Library - Market Square. The session is free of charge and no registration is necessary.

The "ABZZZZs of Sleep" session will address issues such as how much sleep is enough and what factors affect sleep, while offering tips on getting a better night's rest. If you toss and turn at night, or wake up feeling tired, this session could help.
