Book a COVID-19 Vaccine

All New Brunswickers 5+ are now eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination.

Walk-ins are available for all eligible age groups, while supplies last. The best way to guarantee a spot is to book an appointment. Click  here to book. If you are unable to book an appointment online or have questions, call 1-833-437-1424.

All individuals 12 years of age and older with informed consent can book an appointment for a booster dose if at least five months has passed since their second dose.

Walk-ins are available for all eligible age groups:

  • Children aged five to 11 are eligible for their 1st or 2nd dose
  • Youth aged 12 to 17 are eligible for their 1st, 2nd, booster, or 3rd dose
  • Anyone aged 18+ is eligible for their 1st, 2nd, booster, or 3rd dose

Please note: Where indicated, some clinics are by appointment only. If no specific walk-in times are identified, that means you can go anytime during the clinic's operating hours. Please try to go at least an hour before closing time to ensure there is vaccine available.

Please bring your signed consent form and Medicare card.

Follow Horizon on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccination.

DID YOU KNOW? We can accommodate individuals with special circumstances/needs, such as giving the vaccination to them in their vehicles. If you have mobility issues, are unable to wear a mask, have young children with you, or feel overstimulated with big crowds, please let us know when you arrive for your appointment!
